....and that's not the worst part, it was a girl that did it.

She was one of them big rugby player kinda girls, and she had some pop in her punches (although her technique need alot of improvement).

When it happened I didn't stop, I just carried on as I was a bit embarrassed, so I just carried on hoping nobody would see me wincing in pain every time she hit the right pad. Now I can't even hold a cup in my right hand.

How long do sprains take to heal?
