If I were facing such an opponent, I'd just bang away at that bicep.
Forget the head, just cripple that left arm, and score lots of easy points while doing it.
If you get the distance right, so that you are JUST reaching that arm, then your opponent can't touch you without dangerously leaning forward.
By round 6-7, you'd be facing a 1-armed fighter, and be way ahead on the cards.
