maybe they have a bigger profile over there - i dont know - but a big part of the 'misinformation' of boxing has to do with hometown fans not being educated on the legitimacy (or lack of it in this case) of their fighters
i can understand how they can raise the profile over there, like ottke in germany and brian nielsen in denmark

Well you would think they would support those 2 over the other but the fans, especially Green's ones, tend to be just hometown beer drinking fans.
I commented in the Aussie forum that no matter how you spin it, that Danny is using the IBO as a license to print money and setting the fight at 'Dannyweight", they said it's his fight to make the rules and Cameron's choice to sign on the dotted line which is true, but this absolute blatant bending of the rules, you'd think some folk would at least agree to an extent.
