I have squats tomorrow and I really don't want to miss them, I'll see how it feels and if its shit I'll go super light. It's my own daft fault, I made two big mistakes in not warming up and sacrificing form for weight, lesson learnt though.
Edit: may switch squat to leg press and straight deads to something else.
Anyone got Instagram?
