Sounds good, and like the split out sparring. I've been to gyms where I always get put in to spar (sessions are on the same days as normal trainings), and don't do many drills. This is fun, but stagnates your technical development.
I think senior session should be an hour and a half though. You'll always overrrun an hour. Warm-up, technical stuff, pads, groundwork? Will be tough to fit in if anything delays and you want to be able to take time with your boxers to work on mistakes rather than just rushing through the rounds.
