I agree with everything except this part. Delvin was a so-so puncher at 147...much less now. That's not to say he isn't a quality fighter. He absolutely is but, I think Angulo's team has done their homework and they know that Rodriguez is shaky defensively and will trade when prompted. That's a recipe for failure against someone like El Perro. Of course, we don't know for certain how the layoff has really affected Angulo but assuming he's 75-80% of his former self, he wins...
