Brothers? I didnt know. Always thought they were cousins or some ****. But yeah, Sultan was the better brother.

But Tiggy, for all his faults, is still a top 30 HW. He's got grit, the kind that keeps guys like him who are slightly deficient in the skills/power/chin dept in fights. His deficiency would be too mechanical IMO, but he more than makes up for it with his tenacity.
