Meditation helps. (Some boxers of faith get a similar advantage without needing to meditate, still best to meditate tho)
Visualization, Positive thinking, Enhancing positive Belief systems, Objective thinking, outcome based thinking. Placing your ego/pride in mental toughness. Focussing only on what you control, (ideally you shouldn't be thinking much during a fight otherwise you are not in real time)
