I use for veggie shake:kale,swiss chard(there is a lot of it in my garden),banana,broculli and half of an apple.It doesnt taste that good but its healthy
On my grocery list is :
oatmeal,fruits,veggies,milk,chicken breast,fresh cheese,milk,rice,tuna and whole pasta.
