This clown is trying to indicate that if your head snaps back violently, the impact is lessened.

If you take a look at the fight, you can see Marquez either parrying off Pacquiao's shots and or riding with the momentum of the shots and taking the sting off of them

Marquez always finds a way to make Pacqiuao reach and be forced into an uncompromising position, boom Marquez shoots the straight right, smack there goes Pacquiao's head snapping back violently.
