Cotto was in the absolute worst stage of his career against Pacquiao. Even three years later, I think he's clearly in better form. The Margarito beatdown was fresh in his mind, he was coming off of a grueling arguable loss to Clottey, his stance and skills were all out of sorts, and while he wasn't badly drained, 145 wasn't his optimal weight. Oh, and Joe ****ing Santiago was "training him" - which really means Miguel was training himself
Bradley was clearly in better form than Cotto was in 2009. I think Bradley is smack-dab in the middle of his physical and mental prime as a fighter.
