What fighters has he built from the ground up or dramatically improved? Maybe Pac, but I think you can make a good case for Ariza's conditioning being the difference there. He's had a lot of big names for a fight or two and they move on. I like his calmness in the corner during fights but he doesn't seem to give good advice. ****....ALL trainers have fighters that "move on". Look at Floyd Sr....look at Goosen, Brooks and a Steward. Look at how many Coaches have actually produced fighters from "the ground up"? Not many. Usually they already had formal training before linking up to "the next level". Most fighters have some ****iness to them....trainers are no different...especially when they use to be fighters.
