This fight could be great for boxing for two reasons.
A) Obviously the initial fight itself will be big and garner interest
B) Big fan of Vitali but at age 41.. If Haye beats Vitali it will set up another megafight between Wlad/Haye II and Wlad will unify all the belts which IMO will be great for the division.
Haye has nothing to unify with after he lost his WBA belt to Wlad last year. If he TRULY wanted a shot at Vitali or a rematch with Wlad he would have been active now pursuing the WBC route. Instead, he's baring his **** in the jungle which speaks for his intentions better than anything else...
