I mean.... how many fighters worldwide, that aren't controlled by Al Haymon, are making $1m per fight?

Five perhaps - Pacquiao, Cotto, Marquez and the Klitschkos.

Like Lilo said, why not split it right down the middle, live on terrestrial TV - would be absolutely huge for Channel 5.
