Default Re: Hiking up mountains once a week?

i`m doing mountain once in week or two.. i have ok boxing stamina, but hiking is very hard its good for breaking mental gaps and of course for stamina, lower back and legs and like NVSemin said, watch your knees, especially when you are going down (don`t run)..

everytime save your record and next time try to break it!

yeah, its not good like sprints, but it doesnt need to be long low intesity. It can be very high intensity, if you run uphill it can be much harder then sprints n stuff. Maybe it would be better for 12 rounds pros to hike but i think amateurs can also have some benefits from it.

and also its ok once in a while to go for some fresh air in mountains and woods
