A blind shot in the dark caught your hero and he was all but ready to go, had Wach been an actual boxer and not a bathroom janitor, he would've been able to finish him off.

And look at how hard your hero tried to get the KO over him ... he threw every punch he had and nearly punched himself out trying to get the knockout. I've never seen anyone fail that badly after trying so hard.
