If you do something then you have to explain why you're doing it and what you're improving. Saying that it's old school and it works doesn't mean ****. With knowledge comes understanding of motor control, skill acquisition, maximising different components of fitness. Boxing coaches might accidentally do some things right but when it comes to someone who specialises in those areas the boxing coach is relatively clueless 99 times out of 100.
Old school training is by definition less effective, you can only go forward as knowledge advances unless you're actively trying to sabotage your fighter. Which seems to be what you're intent on doing out of ignorance and narrow-mindedness. You're a fool, post some more cartoons.
