OK guys I think I'm gonna try a 5 day split. Struggling to find a good order to put it all in though so I don't overwork some muscle groups by working them the day after each other but I'll see how I get on. I much preferred doing a 4 day split over 3 days, so hopefully will see good results from this.
Stimulating muscles as often as possible without burning out the CNS is the key to hypertrophy. Don't be scared of working muscle groups regularly.
