Try and focus on keeping your hips under you. Your exaggerating the bend in these slipping motions so much that your wasting a lot of energy and you could also really hurt your back that way. Keep those motions a lot tighter. Remember, your head doesn't need to move that far to make somebody miss. Also, it will be a lot easier to counter if your not bending at the waist so much and your keeping your hips under you.
