If he can land a fight with Thompson, Adamek or Mitchell then fair play to him. He needs a pretty meteoric rise to the top now though. He might not have taken much damage in the ring but 40 is still 40, and most successful fighters at that age have a wealth of experience to overcome the physical decline somewhat. He may believe he has the physical capabilities of a fighter 15 years younger, but Vitali said similar things and post come back he was clearly far off what he once was in a physical sense
I'll look out for this guy, anyway. With his age, hopefully he'll be willing to fight anyone and give us a fight worth watching in the near future
