20 minute run
7 rounds of rapid fires
4 rounds of shoeshines
15 frog jumps
4 rounds of jabs
4 rounds of 1-2's
3 rounds of 1-2-hooks
20 pushups
40 pushups
22 rounds of shadow
24 rounds of crates

3 minutes of reaching for the goal
3 minutes of mountain climbers
3 sets of 15 pushups
3 sets of 30 scissors
Holding up legs for about 30 seconds
4 sets of 20 in and outs
3 sets of 20 toe touches.
