I don't think many of you know, but the Amir Khan vs Carlos Molina fight is for the vacant WBC Silver Super Lightweight Title.

Does that mean that the winner of Khan vs Molina, will become the mandatory challenger for Danny Garcia's WBC Super Lightweight Title.
