Interesting how swimming doesnt have a very good crossover as such, with other sports. For some time now, Ive had the pleasure of working with Triathletes. They just keep turning up, at 1st with bad Hips every time. Plus its the same problem, Leftside Glute lower Back. Until one turned up Rightside same problem,Vlad has back issues I believe. Whats Happening do you think
