First of all do simple fullbody workout.

You don't need a bodybuilder split.


Do alot of excercises that give you alot of "bang" for your buck.




Benchpress
Millitarypress
Chins
Squats
Calf raises
Dumbell curl
Pushdowns
Crunches


Do this workout a couple of times a week. 2 set each excercise.
