Thanks for the reply, once or twice a week on the explosive stuff. The main thing I was concerend about was the kettleball workouts. I've found them really useful in building strength. Got decent running shoes. I've got a feeling its cus ive not been boxing for long and that area of my leg hasnt had to work so hard in the past. I'm orthadox so push off this leg.
