My bodyweight/sprint training. Your opinion?
Circuit (x3)
20 Fist Push Ups
15 Bench Dips
03 Pull Ups
05 Chin Ups
20 Lunges
20 Squats
30 Reverse Crunches
30 Oblique Crunches
1. I fucking blow on Chins and Pulls, hopefully will increase reps soon enough.
2. I don't believe in crunches or sit ups - I think they put too much stress on the lower back and the neck. I think reverse crunches are just as good.
I also end the workout with Tabata Sprints on the treadmill: 4minx3
