Here is my OPINION:
When doing body exercises, i recomend doing it 3 days a week. like: monday,wednesday and friday. lets say you do 20 pushups monday, you should do 10-15 pushups wednesday, and 22-25 on friday. so you push your body a littlebit monday, one day off, go LIGHT on wednesday, one day off, and go hardest on friday! this will make you progress very well!this goes for all exersises! kreatin and protein is a MUST imo. the body produces kreatin itself, but by pushing the muscles, it dont have time to produce enough kreatin. if u take kreating, it will help you push 2-3 more reps in all exercises,and that will help your progress very much!good luck!
