I don't mind taking breaks. It's just that getting back on the wagon's a pain.
that's for sure, i hate having to start things slow because i might get doms, im not able to sprint uphill because of the snow or run in general. When you get back into it, the soreness really screws up the process and takes a while till your body adapts.
