Nah it was just in general. Yeah I was referring to back extensions since that's pretty much the only lower back exercise I see people doing in the gym. Good mornings are good but unnecessary if you have decent deadlifting form imo.

Doing all of the exercises listed is a better idea than just doing deadlifts. Also, doing all of those lifts will dramatically increase your deadlift numbers without even doing deadlifts.
