Cheers virus and jdsm. My diet everyday is spot on my maintenance, so this should be easy creating a deficit. I need to figure out the exact measurements and macros though.
With a deficit of minus 500 cals and some HIIT once a week, how long would it take to lose 6%? I need to know when to start, the goal is September.
Thoughts on intermittent fasting for cutting?
Also pro hormones aren't steroids? Notsureifsrs.
