3 years is overstating it. Eubank Jr has moved pretty well to area kind of level, and if he continues at this pace he's not going to be that far from a title shot at the end of 2013 going by the fact he's already beaten Pryce who is probably a gatekeeper of sorts.
Buglioni and Yafai have fought very mediocre opposition, Yafai can afford to be moved faster as he's in a crap division with no real steep progression curve and he's more polished.
Eubank has fought the best opposition, the other two equally bad and Eubank has fought on Channel 5 and often so I don't see any other answer than him.
