3 sets of 10 pull-ups
3 sets of 10 pushups
2 sets of 15 butterfly sit-ups + 15sit up drop things
2 sets of 25 in and outs
20 reps on both obliques
**** this trainin' in my house.. People visiting while I work out n shit -__-
wanna get back to that gym!
