Jones cherry picked his oppenents in his prime and relied on the fact that many people rate talent over acheivement in the States. We since found out that Roy was hiding one of the biggest china chins in boxing history.

As for the question I would rank them like so:

G-Man
Eubank II
Barkley (dont rate him that highly but look how Benn handled him compared to Toney)

The reason Benn is so popular is cause he went in as an underdog and won so many times.
