I'm 51 years old

Quit drinking forever
Get back to 225lbs, was 285lbs about 2 years ago, am about 250lbs now.
Build up to 100 pushups ( can do 50 now)
Just train Moderately 30 minutes every day, weights 4x a week cardio 3x.
#1 goal, be that guy the kids say, that old dude is in great shape.
