Nine hours sleep every night
Fasted 60-90 minute hike with the dogs every morning before weights session
Cook everything from scratch.
When the wife inevitably puts her podgy mitts towards the crisps and chocolates drawer I'll head out to the patio for a burpees and/or kb session. By the time I finish, shower etc it'll be time for some proper food.
No alcohol before 9 pm and then only a glass of wine and a nip of whiskey.
Been 80% doing the above recently and intend on keeping it going as I feel and perform better than ever
