Mayweather didn't grow into a full fledge WW until he faced Hatton at 30 about to be 31. Prime Hoya and Tito were like 25-28 at WW. They would have the size and prime advantage in this fantasy matchup. That said I could see him beating Tito and losing to Hoya. Hoya's jab, size, and movement at that stage would have allowed him to control the fight.

Those saying that Mayweather would have never fought them, It would be different curcumstances. Mayweather wouldn't be the PPV draw he is without his fight with Hoya. He would have to fight guys like Hoya and Tito in order to have became one. The whole reason he went to WW in the first place was to fight Hoya and Mosley and become a PPV attraction.
