tzyu came from siberia and looks kinda asian. so if he has some innuit or mongolian blood, that haircut could be a cultural statement.

povetkins haircut is interchangable with next to every russian fighter. looks like a childs haircut.

walk around and if you see a grown man with a haircut like a 12 year old boy, dressed like mothers little darling, you can bet your ass his is russian.
