thanks guys figured as much.
@smudger i would agree with jdsm about the dumbells being better for hypertrophy. The way alot of people bench they don't really use/contract the chest muscle properly where as with dumbells the act of pushing them inwards towards each other helps target the chest more.
CAN'T WAIT TO BENCH!
