From my experience, you've got a decent enough eye that I think you'll spot what's good about him straight away, and I think you'll like him. It's quicker to list his 'weaknesses' to be honest. He wasn't lightning quick, but outside of that it's tough to criticise him. Olivares I isn't his best showing, so you might appreciate him more once you watch some other stuff.
