Yes, one of the keys to being a really great fighter is to have control over emotion or at least have a very good poker face.
The only instance I can think of that occured at the highest level was Mayweather-Ortiz. Some can argue it was a sucker punch, but techincally by the rules it was clean because Joe Cortez continued the fight.
