Started the Smolov.
Only running the Smolov base cycle.
This will be one to remember.
4x9 @ 225lbs
5x7 @ 245lbs
7x5 @ 255lbs
10x3 @ 265lbs
Took over an hour and a half to complete.
It's pretty brutal as the second week calls for an increase of 20lbs to all the above numbers and then 10 more lbs the following week before taking a week off and attempting a new PR when ready.
