What to do on days when I rest?
I go to boxing gym 3 times a week and focus on only boxing and sparring when I go to the boxing gym.
On the days when I don't go to gym I do my usual conditioning and strength workout and also shadowboxing to keep my skills sharp.
I workout 6 days a week, and on Sunday I rest. But on rest days do you guys usually just rest and do whatever you want to do? Or do you guys also get in some light workout?
And by light workout how light the workout should be for instance 12~20 minutes of light shadow boxing?
