Because Vitali is not as cautious and defensive a fighter as Wlad is and - as explained here: http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=419638
- Wlad's cautious defensive fighting was in a large part responsible for his fight with Haye being a let down to neutral observer. Vitali/Haye would be a much more competitive fight because Vitali doesn't fight the same way Wlad, and certainly doesn't back away from infighting as easilly as Wlad does, and Haye is capable of mixing it up if his opponent lets him, and it would be highly unlikely that it would last the 12 round, which would make it an exciting fight for fans of both men and neutral, and not-so-neutral, observers alike
