I also agree with the other guy on Danny Garcia- a placeholder and he will have lost by the end of the year Khan or Mathysee.

Burns is a long shot but so was Froch a few years back and he's included in quite a few lists now.

Promoters and having good/protective ones have as much to do with it as anything else.
