Munoz > Jacare
: Munoz was top-3 at the time and undoubtedly the top contender.
Maia > Kennedy
: Maia's a former title challenger with decent scalps (Sonnen, Herman, Miller and the UFC's favorite Journeyman, Nate Quarry). Kennedy was competitive with Souza but his best actual win was Lawler or Manhoef.
And we'll just call their UFC veteran opponents even (albeit it's a bit of a stretch).
But just thinking aloud. I don't mind a Silva/Rockhold showdown.
