It was in the original Jack3d, but that formula has been banned specifically because of the 1-3. Enzo Mac failed a drug test because he took it.
Personally I'm not a big fan of shit like that anyhow. Most companies don't tell you the quantities of the ingredients and just slap 'Anabolic Blend 9000 Extreme' on and give you the weight of the blend. Fucking stupid that they're even allowed to do that.
