your list and i like that you included your own criteria/justifications. one or two quick comments:
1)i don't think vitali took harder blows than chuvalo on film (or really even close) except for that uppercut lewis landed. chuvalo wasn't even fazed notably by a prime foreman going windmill on his face
2)if you include chuvalo's knockdown from Bonavena (from a push) you have to include vitali's knockdown against sanders (from a punch)
*note: i'm canadian and no doubt biased
like the list though in general and again, your explanations are sound
