Too side on and all arms. Your upper body should be flowing and relaxed, your arms and neck are completely rigid the whole time. Everything should be coming from your feet, every movement. The only time your arms should be tensed is when you are making contact. You don't need to tense your arms to hold them up. You don't get any range on your right because of your stance, you need to twist right around to fall short and off balance whenever you throw it and your left jab is almost a backhand. People get so afraid of being 'square on', it doesn't really matter how square on you are as long as your feet are in the right position and you have other things working.
