30 sec rounds
11 rounds of rapidfires
2 sets of 20 push-ups
7 rounds of shoeshines
12 rounds of jabs
11 rounds of 1-2s
20 push-ups
8 rounds of 1-2-hooks

About 3 minutes of planks
1 set of 20 push-ups
2 sets of 20+20 scissors
3 sets of 20 each oblique
3 sets of 20 toe touches.
