stay away from isolation movements (some trics are good..but even than dips should be all you will need and will also work your core) dont do biceps....back is good..deadlifts..that also rows and lat pull downs....shoulder press, maybe some lat raises but dont focus on that...you want compond movments. You only have so much engery to spend on lifting if you are also boxing..you want to make what you do matter. Bench press is ok, i would do a 5x5...core movement..abs..... also some poly drills for the your legs, squats too.....some leg press. some other guys can give you a full workout.
Don't do biceps but do pull downs and rows?
